Jacks Urban Meeting Place AKA: JUMP! The building you see being built as you enter Boise from the “connector” I-184. Occupying the entire block between the street of 11th to 9th, and Myrtle and Front Streets, JUMP will be an interactive creative center as well as having a wonderful Park like gathering place for the entire Boise community. But, many people still don’t know what the building is, or why it is being built, until Now! Recently, the Boise Real Estate Radio Show had a representative from the Simplot Family Foundation (Organization building JUMP) on the show to explain the Who, What, and Why of this amazing project.

Out of an idea for a Tractor/Agricultural Museum and many hours of research, the Interactive Creative Center JUMP idea sprang forth. This Project is worth following not only because of it’s Creative Center offerings to the Public, but also because of its unique architecture! Check these Renderings out! I have heard that this architecture is so unique that it will be recognized as one of the Worlds most recognizable builds!!! Drive by and see it take forms!
